Membership policies:

• Monthly sessions can accrue and may be used later provided you remain an active member. Any unused accrued sessions expire and are forfeited if not used within 60 days of membership cancellation.
• For cancellation Provide us with notice at least 30 days prior to the date you want your cancelation to be effective.
• Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable
• Refer a friend: Earn a 45 min complementary massage when you refer friends & family who sign up for memberships.
• You may cancel your appointment without charge up to 24 hours preceding your appointment.
• Same day cancellations will be charged 25% of the scheduled service price. If you do not call to cancel your appointment or do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged full price for the scheduled service.
