Membership Policies

• Monthly sessions can be accumulated and used later, as long as your membership remains active.

• Unused accumulated sessions expire 60 days after cancellation.

• Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable.

• To cancel your membership, please provide at least 30 days’ notice before your desired cancellation date.

• You may cancel your appointment without charge if you do so more than 24 hours in advance.

• Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a $25 fee.

• No-shows or failure to cancel will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service price.

• All prices and membership benefits are subject to change with prior notice.
